Requirements to become a member of STAR 463: 1) Have a valid motorcycle license 2) Have current motorcycle insurance 3) A motorcycle in good working condition 4) Valid membership in STAR Touring & Riding STAR Touring & Riding 5) Attend at least 3 rides or meetings and voted in by membership. 6) Desire to have fun and make new friends is a must. Current membership is about 30 members with some couples and some lone riders. The age range of our club is from 20 years old to 65 years old. We meet once a month at Carroll Community college for meetings in building K - room 133. Check the calendar for meeting dates and times. Our sanctioned rides are pre-planned and pre-ridden routes. We also enjoy getting together for pick-up rides. In addition to local rides we also attend regional rides and events. This year some of our members traveled to Chattanooga TN for STAR days which is a meeting of chapters from all over the world. A group also traveled on bikes to an event in Batavia NY and then on to Niagara Falls. |
